Welcome to VolticHost! By using our web hosting, VPS hosting, and game server hosting services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. VolticHost reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

2. Use of Services

1. You agree to use the services for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in illegal activities, sending spam, conducting port scanning, hosting or distributing adult content, illegal software, and operating botnets.
3. You are responsible for all content hosted and activity conducted under your account.

3. Payment and Renewal

1. Fees for services provided are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or provided in this ToS.
2. Services are automatically renewed, and you authorize VolticHost to collect the then-applicable fees using any credit card or payment mechanism we have on record for you.

4. Cancellation and Termination

1. You may cancel your services at any time through your account management page.
2. VolticHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

5. Modifications to Services and Prices

1. VolticHost reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

6. Copyright and Content Ownership

1. You retain all rights to the content you upload to the services, provided that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to, content that is subject to DMCA protections.
2. You agree not to upload, share, or otherwise distribute any content that violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity, or content that is prohibited under the DMCA.
3. You grant VolticHost a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your website, provided such content is not in violation of any laws or rights of third parties, including DMCA protections.
4. VolticHost reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts if content is found, or is believed, to be infringing on the rights of others or violating the DMCA.

7. Cancellation and Termination

1. You may cancel your services at any time through your account management page.
2. VolticHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

8. Indemnification

1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VolticHost, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

9. Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between VolticHost and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of VolticHost, or by the posting by VolticHost of a revised version.
