1.5 Abusive Content
- Hosting, displaying, or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening, or that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
1.6 Harmful Content
- Hosting or distributing content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or material.
1.7 Resource Abuse
- Engaging in activities that result in excessive use of server resources, causing degradation of services for other users.
2. Content and Conduct

- You are solely responsible for the content you host, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through VolticHost's services. VolticHost does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.

- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using VolticHost's services.

- VolticHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

- VolticHost reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts if content is found, or is believed, to be infringing on the rights of others or violating the DMCA.

- VolticHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
