Using VolticHost's services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.

1.5 Abusive Content

Hosting, displaying, or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening, or that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

1.6 Harmful Content

Hosting or distributing content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or material.

1.7 Resource Abuse

Engaging in activities that result in excessive use of server resources, causing degradation of services for other users.

2. Content and Conduct

2.1 User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you host, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through VolticHost's services. VolticHost does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.

2.2 Lawful Use

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using VolticHost's services.

2.3 Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must report it to VolticHost immediately at [email protected]
